About the Position

We are looking for a driven digital advertising specialist with the experience and talent to provide strategic insight and day-to-day direction on digital advertising techniques, approaches and platform usage for clinical trial patient recruitment and patient engagement campaigns.
 
The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of digital advertising experience (preferably in healthcare) and a highly strategic, tactical and collaborative mindset.
 
Eligible candidates ideally will have proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of and experience with media planning tools. Excellent critical thinking skills and good verbal and written communications — with both colleagues and clients — are essential. A degree in marketing, communications or liberal arts is a plus, as is knowledge of, or experience in, the clinical trial research and development industry.
 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain an excellent level of interest in, and knowledge of, current clinical trial patient recruitment advertising trends and tactics — most specifically in the digital advertising space.

  • Create digital advertising tactical planning and buying recommendations and presentations in the support of strategy to both internal BBK teams and external clients.

  • Serve in the review and maintenance of digital ad systems such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager.

  • Contribute as a strategic analysis specialist for both client patient recruitment campaigns and BBK business development efforts.

  • Establish metrics for measuring the effectiveness of patient recruitment and engagement programs.

  • Evaluate program performance against objectives and assess overall effectiveness with an understanding of how to leverage the results for future efforts.

  • Maintain working relationships with media, research and other vendors while pushing them to meet timelines and objectives of client clinical trial patient recruitment campaigns.
